PURPOSE: To improve production efficiency by a method wherein a plurality of winding shafts, which are connectable to or disconnectable from the driving section, are provided on an intermittently rotating disc, and a winding cutter section, a lead wire forming section and a coil lead out section are arranged respectively at each point where the machine stops.
CONSTITUTION: On the intermittently rotating disc 14, four winding shafts 15W 15''' are installed at equal intervals respectively. Then, the winding shaft is coupled to the driving section 18 at the stopping point A, a wire 17 is rolled up and a coil is formed. When a winding is completed, the winding shaft 15 is disconnected from the driving section and the coil end is cut by a cutter 22. Then, the winding shaft 15 is shifted position A to B and the winding shaft 15' is shifted from position D to A due to the rotation of the rotating plate 14. Thus, the winding shaft which finished winding at the A position is sent out successively to B, C and D positions in the state wherein the coil is held, the lead wire is formed at the position C and picked out at the position D. Through these procedures, the production efficiency can be improved.
