To provide an air-cushion insole with a novel form preventing fatigue even when wearing footwear for a long period, effectively mitigating impact applied to a sole, preventing the plantar fasciitis, and maximizing a joint protection function.
The air-cushion insole comprises: a sheet 1 formed with a heel area and an arch area; and an air balancing cell 20 formed with an inner space 21 that is connected to the sheet 1, stores air, and is tightly closed, and causing the air cushion to act on the arch area. The air balancing cell 20 includes: a heel cell 22; a first arch cell 26 disposed to locate inside the arch area; and a second arch cell 28 disposed to locate outside the arch area. The heel cell 22, the first arch cell 26, and the second arch cell 28 are mutually communicated by the inner space 21 and, when the heel cell 22 is pressed by the heel of a user, the air is dispersed to the first arch cell 26 and the second arch cell 28.
