Abstract:

To provide a filling nozzle capable of preventing dripping of liquid with a low price allowing for an easy maintenance.

The filling nozzle 5 of an automatic packaging machine includes an air cut mechanism for preventing dripping of liquid, the air cut mechanism being constituted of: an air cut pipe 31 inserted into the interior of the filling nozzle 5 extended up to the end thereof; a liquid drainage pipe 24 with a small inside diameter fitted into the interior of the end part of the filling nozzle 5; a bag swelling pipe 25 with a large outside diameter fitted into the exterior of the end part of the filling nozzle 5; and an air supply device that intermittently feeds compressed air into an air cut pipe 31. The air cut pipe 31 is fixed in the center of the end part of the filling nozzle 5 while the lowest end part surface 32 of the air cut pipe is disposed at a position corresponding to the top end part surface of the liquid drainage pipe 24.
