Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the prevention of air leakage from a slit for efficient conveyance.
SOLUTION: In this air driving conveyance facility, a connection member 8 extends from a movable body 2 that is movably disposed in an air driving duct 1 and provided with a seal plate 3 through a slit 7 longitudinally formed along the air driving duct 1, and a conveying carriage 5 connected with the connection member 8 is driven and conveyed. The sealing device 9 for sealing the slit 7 is provided with a pair of right and left inner lip seals 42 made of elastic material that curve from the both right and left sides of the slit toward a center part at the side of air driving duct 1 to abut on each other for allowing a passing part of the connection member 8, and a pair of right and left outer lip seals 44 made of elastic material at the outer side of the inner lip seals 42 that curve inward from the both right and left sides of the slit 7 toward the center part at the outer side of the air driving duct 1 to abut on each other for allowing passage of the passing part of the connection member 8.
