To extend the lifetime of moisture absorbent in an air drying facility.
An air drying facility comprises: a first air drying unit Q1 and a second air drying unit Q2 in which air is dried by a built-in moisture absorbent 4; a dew point meter 30 for detecting a dew point of air dried in the air drying units Q1, Q2; a switching device 40 for switching supply destination of moist air from an outer equipment to the first air drying unit Q1 or the second drying unit Q2; a regenerating device 50 for regenerating a moisture absorbent 4 of the air drying unit Q into which the moist air dose not flow; and a control device 70 for controlling the switching unit 40. The control device 70 makes the switching device 40 perform switching operation by satisfying either one of the dew point detected by a dew point meter 30 becoming not less than a specified dew point or the elapsing time after the former condition switching by the switching device 40 becoming not less than a specified time.
