To provide an air feeding device for battery cooling and for engine intake capable of enhancing freedom of arrangement of a battery while satisfying the condition that clear air can be fed to the battery as cooling air.

The air feeding device 50 for battery cooling and for engine intake is provided with an air cleaner 1 for feeding clear air to the engine 2 and the high voltage battery 3; a cooling fan 4 mounted to a battery case 18 for storing the high voltage battery 3; and an intake duct 12 having one end connected to the air cleaner 1 and the two branched other end of which one is connected to the engine 2 and the other is connected to the battery (battery case 18) through the cooling fan 4.
