Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly of an air cleaner which ensures proper attachment and sealing of a filter cartridge enabling inspection and supports the filter cartridge against unintentional movement, and to provide a component of the assembly of the air cleaner.SOLUTION: A filter cartridge stored in a housing includes: a cartridge support formed by a cantilever beam; and caps located at a first end part and a second end part. A filter material laminate body is fixed to the end part caps. In some embodiments, the filter cartridge includes a non-rotary support. A seal support member is buried in a seal protrusion and integrally molded with the other portion of the end part caps. The arrangement of the filter cartridge is shown and described. Further, an assembly method and a use method are described.
