Abstract:

To obtain an air filter material for an air filter for use in a clean room, or the like, which alleviates the entrance of polluted gas into the clean room, or the like, and reduces the burden on a chemical filter installed in the clean room, or the like, for removal of polluted gas to prolong the life of the chemical filter, thus contributing to reduction in operation and maintenance costs for a filter system.

In the air filter material, an air filter raw material containing organic materials is kept in a supercritical fluid, thereby reducing the total amount of the organic materials released from the air filter raw material.
