PURPOSE: To uniformly apply adhesive on each fibrous material by providing an annular slit to the outer periphery of an end plate in the charge opening side of a slender tubular body, plural adhesive supply openings and a compressed air jet opening in the inner side of the slit in the end plate.

CONSTITUTION: The annular slit 4 is provided to the outer periphery of the end plate 1a in the charge opening layer of the slender tubular body 1 provided with a charge opening 2 and a discharge opening 3, and the adhesive openings 5 and the compressed air jet opening 6 are respectively provided in the upper part and in the lower part of the end plate 1a in the inner side of the slit 4. By jetting the compressed air from the opening 6, a high speed air flow is generated in the tubular body 1 and an air layer is formed on the surface of the inner wall 1b by flowing the outer air through the slit 4. In this state, when fibrous material is supplied through the charge opening 2 and adhesive is jetted through the supply openings 5, the dispersion and mixing of both is promoted and the adhesive is uniformly applied on the fibrous material.
