To reduce a cost and improve resistance against radio interference by integrally constituting a conductive member with a plastic cover for covering an upper part of a module installed with an electronic circuit.
A conductive member 101 for shielding radio waves such as a metallic or aluminum plate or tape is integrally placed on a plastic cover 10 for covering an upper part of a module 11 installed with an electronic circuit 8. Thus, radio waves generated outside the module 11 are repelled, an amount of radio waves directly entering the electronic circuit 8 is reduced, and malfunction of an air flow rate measuring apparatus due to entrance of the radio waves is reduced or avoided. In this case, by integrally molding the conductive member 101 with the cover 10, the number of parts can be reduced and productivity and reliability can be improved. In addition, by installing the conductive member 101 inside the cover 10, intentional removal on the market can be prevented for securing safety and reliability.
