PURPOSE: To surely ensure a necessary amount of fuel from a low rotational speed to a high rotational speed by controlling a compressed air pressure in an air passage, such that the higher is an engine speed the higher the compressed air pressure is increased, and regulating a pressure of fuel in a fuel passage so that the pressure of fuel is increased higher than the compressed air pressure by a fixed value.
CONSTITUTION: Compressed air from an air compressor 26 is controlled to a pressure PA in accordance with urging force of an urging spring 36 in an air chamber 32b of an air fuel regulator 30. Fuel from a fuel pump 25 is con trolled to a pressure in accordance with force, in which the air pressure PA is added to urging force of an urging spring 34, in a fuel chamber 32a. The higher is an engine speed the more a cam 38 is turned by a pressure control means 27 to increase pressure s of air and fuel by increasing the urging force of the urging spring 36. As a result, the higher is increased the engine speed the more a fuel injection amount can be increased to make it possible to ensure a fuel amount required in a wide range from a low rotational speed to a high rotational speed.
