Abstract:
To provide an attachment structure of an air-fuel ratio sensor capable of highly accurately detecting an air-fuel ratio for each cylinder by a single air-fuel ratio sensor, regardless of an operational state of an engine or the shape of an exhaust pipe (collection part).SOLUTION: A air-fuel ratio sensor 19 is configured such that when an outer peripheral surface of a collective exhaust pipe 186 is viewed from a vertical direction with respect to a connection hole 18a side of an EGR pipeline 41 connected to the outer peripheral surface and to the connection hole 18a, a region extending in a band-like manner along an axial line of the collective exhaust pipe 186 from a rear end of a collection part 185 to the connection hole 18a of the EGR pipeline 41, within a region projected for the outer peripheral surface of the collective exhaust pipe 186, where an inner diameter of the rear end of the collection part 185 is defined as a width (a length of one side).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
