Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system capable of sufficiently enhancing comfort of a user.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system executes heat recovery operation to recover heat in an upper indoor section when a temperature difference ΔT between an upper indoor section setting temperature Tpu and a second outdoor unit inlet temperature Ts2 becomes not less than a threshold temperature Tt during heating operation using a first outdoor unit and a second outdoor unit. The air-conditioning system also: calculates a required heating heat quantity Q1 and a recoverable heat quantity Q2 while executing the heat recovery operation; determines whether or not a heat quantity difference ΔQ obtained by subtracting the required heating heat quantity Q1 from the recoverable heat quantity Q2 is not less than zero; closes a bypass opening-closing valve to allow a coolant to flow into an outdoor heat exchanger and causes the outdoor heat exchanger to evaporate a coolant when the heat quantity difference ΔQ is less than zero; and opens the bypass opening-closing valve not to allow the coolant to flow into the outdoor heat exchanger so as not to operate the outdoor heat exchanger as an evaporator when the heat quantity difference ΔQ is not less than zero.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
