Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and light-weight air heat exchanger excellent in workability for assembly and attachment.SOLUTION: An air heat exchanger uses a casing of a foam plastic injection molded article excellent in adiabaticity and anticorrosion, thereby attaining weight saving. The casing includes a bearing part for supporting a cooling and heating coil, a drain part for discharging dew condensation water smoothly, and a support base provided at both ends of the casing and into which a joint member continuing to a duct pipe is fitted. On a fin group upper surface of the cooling and heating coil, arranged is a ladder-like wind deflection tool where a wind deflection plate groups is integrated with both-side receiving plates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
