PURPOSE: To provide an air intake duct for car which excels in the water drop separating performance and has a fine appearance.
CONSTITUTION: The inside of a duct shell 10 is partitioned by a partitioning wall 17 into an air intake passage 14 and a blowing duct 15 whose over-part is put in communication, wherein the blowing duct 15 is divided by a dividing wall 16 into the first blowing duct 15a and the second blowing duct 15b which are branched in the over-part and converged in the under-part. The dividing wall 16 is formed by fusion attachment of the foremost part of an inner rib 16a to the foremost part of a recessed rib 16b, and at the bottom an inclined part 18 is provided consisting of a down-gradient slope 18a toward the front wall 11 and a down-gradient slope 18b toward the rear wall 12. The dividing wall 16 also has a stepped part 20 between a bend part 16c and the inclined part 18, and approx. in its middle, a groove 19 is furnished extending in the vertical direction.
