Abstract:

To provide the material input part of a DL(Dwight-Lloyd) type sintering machine that enables the stable sintering operation by reducing the condensation of water at a lower layer part that is the cause of blocking the ventilation of a sintering material layer and improving the ventilation by the effect of ventilation control board in the DL sintering machine.

A hot air hood 16 for blowing hot air to the piled sloping surface 2A formed on the starting side of a sintering material layer 2B by the input from a sloping shoot 8 is arranged facing the piled sloping surface 2A. An air intake wind box 24 of which air intake opening part 24a is opened at the position nearer to a terminating side than to the lower end 2A1 of the piled slope at the downward of a grate 14 formed with the piled sloped is arranged. An air blasting hood comprising a starting side and a terminating side air tight plates 26a and 26b and palette beams 22b and 22d between the air intake opening part and the palette at the upward of the air intake opening part, and blasting the hot air going through the piled slope only to the air intake wind box is arranged.
