When the first valve exists in the first position, the second valve exists in a third position for enabling the air flowing in the first flow direction in the air flow passage to flow out of the air flow passage through an air outlet, and when the first valve exists in the second position, the second valve exists in a fourth position for enabling the air flowing in the second flow direction in the air flow passage to flow out of the air flow passage through the air outlet.
