Abstract:
To provide an air motor which enables downsizing and reduction of costs.SOLUTION: An air motor 1 includes a case block 10, an output shaft 20, pistons 30, and coil springs 40. The case block 10 has: a shaft arrangement hole 11; three or more cylinders 12A to 12D; and air supply ports 13 which individually communicate with the cylinders 12A to 12D. The output shaft 20 includes: a main shaft part pivotally supported on the shaft arrangement hole 11 through bearings 15, 16; an eccentric shaft part 23; and a ball bearing 24 attached to an outer periphery of the eccentric shaft part 23. Each of the pistons 30 is disposed at the cylinder 12 in such a way so as to move forward to and rearward from the output shaft 20, is biased to the output shaft 20 by the coil spring 40, and includes a ball receiver 311 formed on an end surface 31 of the piston 30 and a ball 35 disposed in the ball receiver 311.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
