Abstract:
To provide an air nozzle, an outer cylinder, a boiler, a power generation system, and a replacing method for the outer cylinder of the air nozzle that can reduce a workload that occurs at the time of repair work.SOLUTION: An air nozzle 12 comprises: a cylindrical inner cylinder 35 fixed to a furnace bottom of a furnace; a cylindrical outer cylinder 36 inside which the inner cylinder 35 is arranged; an inner cylinder blocking member 37 fixed to an upper end surface 35d of the cylindrical inner cylinder 35, comprising a columnar part 44 extending vertically upward, and blocking an upper opening 35a of the cylindrical inner cylinder 35; and an outer cylinder blocking member 38 comprising a cylindrical part 46 extending vertically upward, and blocking an upper opening 36a of the outer cylinder 36. The columnar part 44 is housed inside the cylindrical part 46 so that an outer peripheral surface 44a of the columnar part 44 is arranged along an inner peripheral surface 46a of the cylindrical part 46. An upper end part of the columnar part 44 and the cylindrical part 46 are welded and fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
