To facilitate the change of an air injection aperture area and the adjustment of an injection aperture angle due to the difference in the printing status and the type of a printing machine by providing an air nozzle which changes the injection amount of a compressed air in accordance with conditions and jetting the air in a specified direction.
The air nozzle has thin plates 2, 12 for forcibly directing an air current, clamped between a top section part 1 and a bottom section part 4. In addition, an intermediate plate 10 with a formed projecting part 11 is clamped between the thin plates 2, 12 and is fixed with a screw. In addition, plural projecting parts 3 for regulating the air current are formed on the upper face part of the bottom section part 4 so that an air spreading distribution is uniform. The multilayer structured air nozzle of the described function is operated in such a manner that the air jet amount is changed by varying the air spreading angle of the opening parts of the thin plates 2, 12. Thus it is possible to create printed matter with high precision.
