A passage with a change-over device formed out of a branch passage including both an inflow part 3 receiving discharge air from a pump body and a plurality of branch outflow ports 38 and 39 feeding discharge air from the pump body, and of a change-over device capable of changing over air feeding destination, and a control device 22 directing a change-over command to the aforesaid change-over device, are assembled so as to be formed into a box body, or so as to be settled into the box body wherein a pump resting part is formed over the box body.
