In this device, a cool box 22 to which air cooled by the heat exchanger for cooling is introduced is provided. The cool box 22 is equipped with an opening 23b for putting in and taking out of objects to be cooled, and a lid 23 for opening and closing the opening 23b. Further, a mechanism linked with the opening or closing of the lid 23 is provided that opens or closes a cool air inlet 26 of the cool box 22 when the opening 23b is opened or closed with the lid 23. This mechanism is composed of a door 28 for opening/closing the cool air inlet 26, and a linkage mechanism 29 connecting the door 28 to the lid 23, and regulates fluctuation of the air volume blown into the cabin in conjunction with opening and closing of the lid 23.
