PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-permeable base isolation floor that discharges air-conditioned air from a surface of an air-permeable flooring material, eliminating a need on an air-conditioner outlet on a ceiling or a duct in an attic space, reducing costs, allowing a wide space to be used, eliminating a strong air current that is felt in a case with conventional air-conditioners because air-conditioned air is discharged from a floor surface, and allowing distribution cables to be housed under floor.SOLUTION: An air-permeable base isolation floor is configured with a square pipe base frame made by assembling a square pipe 30 in a grid form or a light-weight section steel base frame made by connecting light-weight section steel, a punching plate 20 with a cavity part fitted and fixed on the base frame, and an air-permeable flooring material 10 laid on a top surface of the punching plate 20. An air-conditioned air flow is connected to a cavity part 21 of the square pipe 30 or the light-weight section steel and the cavity part 21 of the punching plate 20, to enable discharge of the air-conditioned air flow from a vent hole 31 of both, such that the air-conditioned air flow is discharged from the surface of the air-permeable flooring material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
