Title:
AIR-PERMEABLE HELMET USING MULTIPLE LAMINATE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001248010
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a safety helmet which can prevent a wearer from weakening his consciousness due to heat, when the wearer wears the helmet at a place where the wearing of the helmet is obliged, and is necessary for safe driving and safe works.

This helmet using a multiple laminate material is obtained by impregnating and sticking a silicone to carbon fiber nets and then multiply laminating the nets to form the outer shell of the helmet. Since the outer shell material of the helmet has fine spaces, the inner moisture of the helmet can outward emanate, and the permeation of rain water and so on can be prevented due to the water-repelling action of the silicone. Elastic resin pipes 3 are disposed toward the vertex portion between the inner cushioning materials. A bag 4 to whose inner surface titanium dioxide is adhered is charged with a polymer absorbent and further a roasted tea herb or the like, and then attached to the vertex portion with hook and loop fastener to give antimicrobial, moisture-absorbing, and deodorizing effects. When the attached bag is irradiated with solar light, the antimicrobial, moisture-absorbing, and deodorizing effects can be reactivated.
