Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an air-permeable multilayered fabric excellent in air permeability, cushioning properties, washability, durability, etc., and useful for a bedding, a kneeling cushion, a car sheet, a straw matting floor carpet, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An air-permeable double-layered fabric characterized by its double-layered structure woven by ≥40wt.% yarns of 100 to 1000 denier single yarn fineness, ≥1mm dimension of one side of cubes constituting the inside space, ≥90% inside space percentage and ≥4mm thickness of the double-layered fabric.
