PURPOSE: To reasonably provide electricity as production energy by generating universal alternating current under the operation of a turbine and an AC generator on an atmospheric pressure difference between the upper and lower positions of a pressure passage.

CONSTITUTION: A pressure passage 2 is extended along the center of a multistory building 1 so as to generate a large difference in atmospheric pressure between upper and lower positions therein. Also, a turbine and an AC generator rotatable on the pressure of the pressure passage are installed. Then, the turbine and the AC generator are operated, using the difference of the atmospheric pressure between the upper and lower positions of the pressure passage 2, and universal alternating current is thereby generated. Also, each room 3 of the multistory building 1 surrounding the pressure passage 2 is internally provided with such a facility as a silencer device pertinently. A damper 4 is provided within the pressure passage. According to this construction, pressure is made to travel through the pressure passage 2 formed at the center of the multistory building 1 for power generation, and an enough amount of electricity is generated with the atmospheric pressure.
