Title:
AIR PRESSURE RESPONDING ELECTRIC SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS57198670
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent pressure change due to the temperature change in a hermetically sealed air chamber, by hermetically sealing the air pressure responding electric switch on the side of the air chamber by a flexible cover having a thin corrugated part. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral part of a diaphragm 13 is hermetically held by first and second housings 11 and 12. With this as a boundary, a signal pressure chamber 15, into which a vacuum signal pressure is introduced from an input signal port 14, is formed in the first housing 11. In the second housing 12, the air chamber 16, into which atmosphere is introduced, is formed. A terminal 18 having a fixed contact as an electric switch member is provided in the air chamber 16. The terminal 18 is fixed to the housing 12 by a screw 19. One end of a movable contact 21 as an electric switch member is fixed to a terminal 25 that is fixed to the housing 12 by a screw 20. The opening of a housing 12 is hermetically sealed by the flexible rubber cover 30, wherein a convex ring part 31 and a concave ring part 32, which are the thin corrugated part, are concentrically provided. Then, a chamber 35 formed by the cover 30 is communicated to the air chamber 16 through a through hole 29.
