Abstract:
PURPOSE: To switch extremely low pressure and air pressure of high pressure to/from each other with simple constitution.
CONSTITUTION: An air pressure switching device is provided with a high pressure tank 21, a relay valve 30 to supply air pressure of a high pressure tank 21 to bellows 56 by switching it directly or to extremely low pressure according to the existence of input of signal air pressure and a solenoid directional control valve 25 which supplies the air pressure of the high pressure tank 21 to the relay valve 30 as the signal air pressure at high pressure air supply operation time and opens a signal air pressure introducing part of the relay valve 30 in the atmosphere at extremely low pressure air supply operation time, and the relay valve 30 has a structure to close a valve body in the valve only by spring force at extremely low pressure time.
