Abstract:
To maintain the durability of an air pulse generator even under the corrosive atmosphere and reduce any shock following the reciprocating motion of a spool.
In an air pulse generator for producing an air pulse through the reciprocating motion of a spool 3 on the inside of a sleeve 2 inserted inside a casing 1, the slide speed limiting means of the spool consisting of a large diameter part 3c, a pair of small diameter parts 3d, 3e and a throttle ring 6 formed on the end of the spool is provided. The casing 1 is made of stainless steel SUS 304L and the spool 3 is made of SUS 304L and the outer periphery surface of the spool 3 is coated with Cr2O3 and the sleeve 2 is made of stainless steel SUS 630.
