PURPOSE: To reduce vibration and noise caused from pump mechanism by equipping a vibration absorption material laid between a first frame material and a second frame material of pump case with a supporting part and maintaining the pump mechanism by the supporting part.

CONSTITUTION: A supporting plate 13 and vibration absorption materials 14 and 15 are laid between a first frame part 2 and a second frame part 3 constituting a pump case and the vibration absorption material 14 is equipped with a supporting part 18. Pump mechanism 22 is engaged through a pedestal 23 with the interior of a groove part 19 of the supporting part 18 and maintained in an upright state on the top of the vibration absorption material 14.
