PURPOSE: To obtain an air cleaning ventilation device which is capable of carrying out proper air conditioning operation to comply with a contaminated state of a room and the seasons or the like.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided an air supply passage 12 which allows an air supply current A to flow and an exhaust air passage 13 which allows an exhaust air current B to flow in the same manner and a bypass passage 14 which bypasses a heat exchanger 11 form the exhaust passage 13 where air cleaning members 23 to 25 comprising various kinds of filters are installed to the air supply passage 12 with a humidification member 26. There are installed a first opening 18, a second opening 19, a third opening 20 and dampers 21 and 22 between the exhaust passage 13 and the bypass passage 14 and the inlet of the exhaust passage of the heat exchanger 11 and the air supply passage 12 respectively. The opening and closing the dampers 21 and 22 makes it possible to control four kinds of operation modes.
