Abstract:
To efficiently clean more air at low cost.SOLUTION: An air cleaning device includes: a first light source for emitting vacuum ultraviolet rays; a mixing chamber that has a suction port to which air to be cleaned flows, and generates ozone by emitting the vacuum ultraviolet rays to a part of the flowed air, and mixes the generated ozone and the flowed air and generates mixed air; a second light source for emitting sterilization rays; a cleaning chamber to which the mixed air is flowed, and that generates active oxygen by emitting the sterilization rays to the mixed air, and cleans air contained in the mixed air by the generated active oxygen and sterilization rays; and an exhaust port for exhausting the cleaned air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
