Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air purifier that can securely reduce viable fine particles while suppressing power consumption, and can be downsized.SOLUTION: An air purifier 1 of the present invention comprises a plasma generator 11, a power source and air feeding means 13. The plasma generator 11 has a structure that electrode members 30 in which at least a part of a discharge electrode 33 is covered by dielectric substance 34 are arrayed in a thickness direction in the state where principal surfaces 31, 32 face to each other, and has a structure that plasma is generated in a clearance S1 between adjacent electrode members 30. The power source applies voltage for allowing the plasma generator 11 to generate plasma. The air feeding means 13 lets air A1 flow through the clearance S1, and discharges ozone generated in the plasma generator 11 together with the air A1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
