To obtain a molded product stable in its properties by removing air contained in a kneaded material when a plastic flowable material and kneading pieces of a hard filler or the plastic flowable material and the hard filler are kneaded.
A pressure chamber 50, in which the kneaded material pieces 56A of the plastic flowable material and the hard filler are charged, is pressurized, the kneaded material pieces 56A in the pressure chamber 50 are fluidized to pass through an opening part 54 to fill a filling chamber 52. In this case, since the cross-sectional area in the direction crossing the pressurizing direction of the opening part 54 at a right angle is made smaller than that of the pressure chamber 50 the force acting on the unit area of the kneaded material 56 fluidized in the opening part 54 becomes larger than the force acting on the kneaded material pieces 56A in the pressure chamber 50. By this constitution, air contained in the kneaded material 56 during kneading becomes easy to escape. Accordingly, the air contained in the kneaded material pieces 56A of the plastic flowable material and the hard filler during kneading is removed from the kneaded material 56.
