To improve the structures of an air packing and an air valve, to make a large number of air chambers simultaneously intake air, and in addition, to improve the manufacturing cost in the production work process.
For this gap hole type air valve, two sheets of external films are attached to an air chamber by heat-sealing. For the gap hole type air valve, a part of the peripheral edge section of two sheets of the internal films which are laminated are bonded to each other, and the peripheral edge section which is not bonded to each other is made an air suction port. The air suction port is connected with an air channel which is formed between two sheets of the internal films, and also, at least one gap hole is installed on the internal film at the side edge of the air channel. Air from the outside flows into the air channel by the air suction port. When the air is injected into the air chamber by the gap hole, the air chamber is expanded, and the outside air in the air chamber pushes out two sheets of the internal films. Thus, the air channel is coated, and the air-tight state is formed.
