To remove adhering dust such as pollen adhering to a body before entering a building for keeping the inside of a living room clean and to economically provide a service for removing allergenic substances such as pollen.
This air shower device prevents allergenic substances causing hay fever from being brought into a living space, wherein a person resides or carries out activities, by an outside body. The air shower device comprises an outside air intake unit 101 sucking outside air, an air blowing unit 102 including an air blower 108 blowing sucked air at a fixed air flow and a filter removing dust containing pollen from the blown air for cleaning the air, and a dust collecting unit 104 collecting dust containing pollen from exhaust of an air shower room. The air shower device also has an air flow control unit controlling the amount of air blown by the air blower according to an amount of pollen dispersed in the outside air.
