Abstract:
To tow a buoy from an installation position to a refuge bay by a ship S such as a diver boat by using a towing tool L such as a rope when evacuating the buoy in an installed state by supplying air to a variable buoyancy chamber 7a of a floating body 7 through piping 8 from an air hose H from the ship S such as the diver boat, discharging sea water accumulated in the variable buoyancy chamber 7a, increasing buoyancy accordingly and surfacing the buoy.
The floating body 7 for filling and draining water is provided on a spar buoy A having a float 2. The piping 8 is provided on the spar buoy A for supplying and exhausting air from the ship S to the variable buoyancy chamber 7a of the floating body 7.
