One end portion 1A in a axial direction of the cylindrical rubber film 1 is airtightly coupled to an upper plate, and the other end portion 1B is airtightly coupled to a piston. The cylindrical rubber film 1 is provided with a first straight body portion 11 turning over to cover an outer peripheral surface of the piston, and a second straight body portion 12 forming an outer wall of an air chamber S. The first straight body portion 11 is set to have a diameter same as or similar to that of the outer peripheral surface of the piston 3, and the second straight body portion 12 is set to have a diameter larger than that of the first straight body portion 11.
