Abstract:
To provide an air spring allowing setting of a long stroke even when installed in a vertically small space.
A wall part of a gas chamber 2 is composed of a cylindrical diaphragm 3. A top face plate 4 to be attached to a vehicle body side is fixed to an upper end of the diaphragm 3. An upper end of a piston 5 is fixed to a lower end of the diaphragm 3. A lower end of the piston 5 is attached to an axle side. The lower end of the diaphragm is folded inward as if the piston 5 was upwardly pressed in. The lower end of the piston 5 is extended lower than an attachment part 24 to the axle side. The piston 5 for vertically guiding a folded part 6 of the diaphragm 3 becomes vertically long. The stroke of the air spring 1 becomes long.
