Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an action to prevent continuous clogs of a screening net without requiring a movable mechanism such as air brush rotation in an air stream type powder sorter to which a powder raw material is supplied by being entrained in an air stream.SOLUTION: A gas supplied by entraining a powder raw material from a raw material supply port 109 of an air stream type powder sorter 100 flows into a communication part 105 provided outside a screening case 103, distributes, and enters through a gap 119 from a lid part 107 into a first partial space 113 in the screening case. A swirl air stream is generated in the first partial space 113 from the formation of the inflow direction in parallel with a plane a screening net 101 makes, and the powder is continuously screened by the screening net 101, and the clog of the screening net 101 is prevented by the action of the swirl air stream along the plane the screening net 101 makes.
