Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a large amt. of air only by sucking the atmosphere without using compressed air while finely dividing air bubbles by providing a barrier plate facing to flowing water to obstruct the flow thereof to an emitting casing provided in the vicinity of the outer peripheral outlet of blades to supply air from the rear surface of the barrier plate.
SOLUTION: A barrier plate 5 is provided to an emitting casing 3 in the vicinity of the outer peripheral outlet 2 of blades 1 and an air chamber and an air supply port communicating with the atmosphere through an air piping 19 are provided to the rear surface of the barrier plate 5. In this constitution, when the blades 1 are driven, the flowing water of blade outlets in the vicinity of the outer peripheral outlet 2 of the blades 1 colides with the barrier plate 5 not only to reduce pressure on the rear surface side of the barrier plate 5 but also to generate a vortes flow. By this pressure reducing effect, the atmosphere is sucked from an air supply port through the air piping 19 and the air chamber to generate air bubbles. Further, these air bubbles are finely divided by the shearing action of the vortex flow to be increased in surface area.
