The air supply structure to an engine room 5 of a ship 100 having wing parts 2, 2 projecting from an accommodation area 3 in the ship width direction, and wing pillar parts 1, 1 for supporting the wing parts 2, 2 from the lower side, includes: an air supply port 11 formed in each wing pillar part 1 for taking in air from the outside of the ship; and an air supply passage for supplying the air taken in from the air supply port 11 into the engine room 5 via the inner side of the wing pillar parts 1. Further, the air supply passage is directly connected to an air suction port 61 of a main engine 6 installed in the engine room 5.
