Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply system capable of securing a purge air amount necessary for purge processing of an air dryer device to satisfactorily perform the purge processing while sufficiently securing air supply to air equipment even when the conventional purge air chamber is omitted.SOLUTION: An air supply system 100 stores air compressed by an air compressor 111 in an air tank 112. When an air pressure in the air tank 112 is not higher than a first pressure, the air compressor 111 is driven to supply the compressed air to the air tank 112 until the air pressure reaches a second pressure. When the air pressure reaches the second pressure, the supply of the compressed air to the air tank 112 by the air compressor 111 is stopped, a purge valve 120 is opened, and the valve open state is kept until the air pressure is reduced to a third pressure to perform purge processing. When the air pressure in the air tank 112 reaches the third pressure, the purge valve 120 is closed.
