To provide an air-conditioning/generation system that is improved in efficiency and can put an amount of power use within contracted electrical energy.
The air-conditioning/generation system comprises: a compressor 12 that is driven by an engine 10; an outdoor heat exchanger; an air-conditioning device that has a pressure reduction device and an indoor heat exchanger; and a generator 11 that is driven by the engine 10. The system also comprises a demand controller 51 that outputs a power curtailment instruction corresponding to the contracted power of the commercial system by connecting a system linkage inverter 33 to the generator 11 and outputting electricity to the commercial system, when the power reduction instruction is outputted from the demand controller 51, the system increases a generation output of the generator 11.
