PURPOSE: With the notice on the change of the impedance inside the oxygen concentration detecting unit in porportion to the concentration of oxygen and the temperature and with the discrimination of the activity and inactivity of the said detector, at the time of inactivity, with a stop of the action of feedback system, the great fluctuation of air to fuel rate is prevented.
