To provide a water supply equipment exhaust device for preventing the flow of bubbles into water supply equipment during less-water-amount operation of the water supply equipment without the need for changing the water supply equipment.
The water supply equipment exhaust device comprises an air trap 25 provided in a suction pipe 6 connected to a suction port 6 of the water supply equipment for trapping bubbles in water, a float switch 33 for detecting the residence of air in the air trap 25 due to a change of a liquid level, an exhaust port part 32 for exhausting the residing air, a vacuum pump 52 connected to the exhaust port part 32 via an exhaust on-off valve 61, and a control part 70a to be used for exhausting the air in the air trap 25 with the suction force of the vacuum pump 52 when the float switch 33 detects the residence of the air, thereby preventing the degradation of pumping capability resulting from the bubbles during less-water-amount operation.
