This device is provided with an air supply hose extended from an air supply means, an air branch pipe connected to the air supply hose through a joint, a front side air pipe and a rear side air pipe connected to the air branch pipe through a control valve, an air injection nozzle arranged on a tip of the front side air pipe and on a tip of the rear side air pipe so as to have a space and inject the air, and a mirror means attached on the front side air pipe between the air injection nozzles. A flexible connection part intervenes in the front side air pipe. The rear side air pipe is fixed by a fixing means so as to be parallel with the front side air pipe, and a bomb blast protecting cover is penetrated and fixed.
