This air unit includes a suction opening 31 for sucking the air, an air intake mechanism 32 for forcibly sucking the air through the suction opening 31, and a control means 33 for controlling the air intake mechanism 32, the suction opening 31 is formed along an opening portion 7 openably and closably formed on a building, at an outdoor side with respect to the opening portion 7, and an opening end of the suction opening 31 is disposed while being faced to the opening portion 7 or an outdoor-side front part of the opening portion 7.
