To provide an air valve in which a consumption power is also made to a less value using a small size of box.
The air valve is provided with a hollow cylindrical part 4 connected to a storage part 1 of a pressurized gas and having an opening 6 at the other end; and a cylindrical slider 5 opposed to the opening 6. In the air valve, the slider is driven so as to closely contact with the opening 6 when the slider 5 is magnetized and the air valve is constituted by the opening 6 and a sealing part (packing) 8 opposed to the opening 6. At the time, a bottom part (cap) 11 of the slider 5 is formed by a bottom part including an exhaust port 15 and the box 2 and the slider 5 are joined to each other through the bottom part 11 by a closed magnetic circuit member 14 (shaft body). A flange part 16 and a projection 17 are provided between the cylindrical part 4 and the box 2.
