Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an air valve wherein a structure in simple and the valve can be cleaned without disassembling it.
CONSTITUTION: An internal/external part of a valve case 11 is made to communicate by two pipe lines 22, 23 provided with opening/closing valves 24, 25. A hollow shaft 14, extended in an upward direction, liftably inserted through an upper part of the valve case 11 and sealed at a lower end, is provided in an upper end of a float 12 liftably provided in the valve case 11. In a part of the valve case 11 where the hollow shaft 14 is inserted, a pair of upper/lower valve seats 15, 16 are provided, to correspondingly provide a pair of upper/lower valve units 17, 18 in the hollow shaft 14, and a distance between the valve units 17, 18 is formed larger than a distance between the valve seats 15, 16. An air hole 19 is inserted through a part of the hollow shaft 14 between the valve units 17, 18, to open a part of the hollow shaft 14, protruded from the valve case 11, to the atmosphere.
